For local pick up, use code "Local Pick Up" to remove shipping cost. Please email hello@shopdutchgirl.com for a pickup address.

We hope that you love every item you order for many outfits to come! Please understand that we are a small, family run business. When it comes to everything but our basics, we try to bring quality over quantity, so each piece remains unique. We will be able to accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund on your original form of payment, with the exception of sale purchases which are considered final sale and not eligible to be returned.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. We will not accept or refund any products without a tag. No makeup stains, perfume, markings, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

To submit a return, please follow the steps below:

pack your items

Pack your unworn items into a package of your choice - does not need to be original shipping bag. Email hello@shopdutchgirl.com to request a return address. Please ensure all items meet our return requirements.

ship your items

Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s) to the address provided via email.

Receive return

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and an additional 2-3 business days to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.
